We offer individual counseling sessions with our Ayurveda specialist throughout the detoxification process. We send you home reset, restored and rejuvenated with an after-detox nutritional plan and a follow-up consultation.

3 steps panchakarma detox
How does it work?
Pre-Cleanse Prep
Panchakarma starts with a pre-cleanse to prep your body for the invigorating changes to come. This may involve changes to your diet to clear the body of unwanted toxins in the digestive system and lifestyle recommendations. Before the start of the program, you will have one online consultation with Vaidya Niranjana.
Main Cleanse
The main cleanse employs one or more of Panchakarma elimination processes, which may change depending on your constitution and imbalances. There are treatments such as Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Marma, Kati Vasti and Janu Vasti, individually selected by our Ayurvedic expert according to your health requirements.
Post Cleanse
The most supportive next step is a commitment to habit and lifestyle change to prevent future build-up of toxicity in the mind and body. Before going back to your daily responsibilities, Vaidya Niranjana will help you craft a supportive wellness plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
